Yes, you will a wireless router to go with it.

Get a cable router if you have cable.

Get a modem router if you have ADSL.

Dave.

PC World as much as I hate to say it are doing a very good router for a good price right now.

http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/sto...&category_oid=

Zyxel do very very good kit and that product above is exactly what you need. I've installed loads of these and they are one of the easiest I've found.

You could probably save a few more quid getting the same item from www.ebuyer.com or www.dabs.com

Dave.

One extra thing to mention is that if you want extra range (use in a large home or in the garden) you will need a more powerfull model including a better reciever for the laptop.

There not bad at all, I just install around 1-2 of these daily for my customers and think ZyXel ones are great and cheaper too.

They have won multiple awards for their equipment.

Belkin are pretty got also.

A lot of it is down to personal preference, I don't really like the netgear software.

Essentially what matters is the price and to my knowledge that Zyxel is much cheaper than its netgear/belkin/linksys equivalents.

Dave.
