Below the line are things that don't affect the performance, that's all.

But I am concerned about the compatibility of these parts with each other so could someone just say yes or no and what I should add if I'm missing something?

E7300 is the same price, might as well get it.
The UD3P's a better overclocker and has more features
The 400CX is about the same and will save you a little money
Make sure to get the retention bracket for the Xigmatek.
Consider saving the money you blow on the keyboard for a better monitor: speakers not worth the money either, I would dump both of those, find an older keyboard you like, then get a nicer monitor. Your call though.
I dunno about that mouse, if you like it get it, I usually like the MX518.
