E7300 is the same price, might as well get it.
The UD3P's a better overclocker and has more features The 400CX is about the same and will save you a little money Make sure to get the retention bracket for the Xigmatek. Consider saving the money you blow on the keyboard for a better monitor: speakers not worth the money either, I would dump both of those, find an older keyboard you like, then get a nicer monitor. Your call though. I dunno about that mouse, if you like it get it, I usually like the MX518.
