Default Liquid Cooling Installation help!

If You are building your own computer and are installing the cooling do you install it after you put the cpu in or after the motherboard or some other time?

If at all possible you need to pre-build the cooling setup outside of the case to pressure test and check for leaks.

Is this a dedicated setup, as in an 'all in one' or are you setting up separate components that you've spec'd yourself as in rads, tubing, pump, resevoir etc?
