If you want to save some money, the 640GB Western Digital 2-platter is about as fast as the F1 and a lot cheaper (at least in the US)

Also, you mgiht as well go with a P35-DS3L instead of that motherboard, if it's not too much extra.

Rest looks perfect.

Just an update - the build went fine. I had a problem where the monitor wasn't being detected, but it turned out that I hadn't seated the CPU properly. Apart from that, perfect :)
