Default Low energy computer required.

OK, I have a requirement for a low energy consumption computer.

It must be able to run Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 at a reasonable speed and should do so for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

It has to be reliable (so I'm prepared to spend a little more initially to get "branded parts"), must have one PCI slot and at least two USB 2 ports.

Graphics ought to be 1280 x 1024, Direct X 9 capable, but not necessarily fast - ie. no games machine.

I'd like it to boot from compact flash if possible and preferably have no moving parts (access will be via Remote Desktop normally, so no keyboard or mouse).

I'll be using either a NAS or USB drive for data storage.

I've been looking at mini and nano itx boards, but I don't know a thing about them - whether the processors on them are even capable of running XP, let alone how quickly, so I need some assistance from the congiscenti please.
