Default Malfunctioning Keys

Hi,

Could anyone recommend the best way to solve a probelm with a key on my Dell 1501 laptop?

The Fn key is stuck in the "on" position, even though, visually it appears to be fine.

I am outside of my warranty, unfortunately.

Thanks,

Luke

Have you tried removing it and checking for dust, or general stickiness?

That'd be my first step, if its circuitary, it's as good as dead (too complicated and fiddly to solve) and you'll have to buy a new keyboard.
