Default Maybe a hardware problem?

Apologies just seen the thread.

Your card (nice by the way, love the old 9800 series :)) grunt-wise won't have a problem running those games (if that's what you mean Wolfie?).

My concern is the quote about XML.

XML was designed to describe data and to focus on what data is. Technically it wasn't designed to actually do anything unlike HTML, their core difference is that whilst XML was designed at i've stated above HTML is about displaying information whilst XML is about describing information.

Your chkdsk run's don't show anything so I'm with Wolfie regarding a potential problem relating to a virus. Have you downloaded any patches for any of your games lately? or an updated driver for the card?

Apologies for more questions but this is a difficult one. But logic dictates that if chkdsk hasn't found any bad sectors on your hdd then the problem could well be web based as, mentioning XML again, one of it's core functions is to send data as well as storing it.

Alright, I have the latest omegadrivers for my 9800, the XML error, i havnt gotten that error since about 2 minutes after i said something about it. Chkdsk doesnt show anything wrong, memtest89 doesnt show memory wrong, im benchmarking programs and getting high scores all over for my setup..
i have the latest drivers etc everything
i ran avast, and adaware and my whole comp is clean
keep in mind i havnt done anything but reformatted and downloaded basically nothing but essentials and installed the game.(drivers and sound drivers)
i think its a software problem relating to EAX sound from wc3 and my realtec ac97 sound drivers not being compatible resulting in a crash of the game(sound shuts off too so maybe?)
im downloading a more graphics intense game and gonna see if that plays to test out my videocard memory...

alright I think i figured it out
i just tried playing Halo 1
its graphics are about a little better than wc3 i would guess
ive played it fine before no problems
but now it crashes and my whole monitor turns black and I have to manually restart whenever i try and play it
so either its software relating to both those games(wc3 and halo)
or my videocard got damaged somehow when they switched it from the old case to this new one.. ??

i think im going to order a new videocard =/
how do u think this will do?

i got one more question tho
is it possible for my videocard ram/mem to be bad but i can still play diablo2 because that game is so old? any newer graphics game crashes cuz my videocard ram is unstable or something when it tries to use all 128 mbs? know what im saying or no?

i opened wc3

i got to ctrl+alt+dlete it out
it changed my background resolution to 400x600 and now scrolling on the internet and what not, it acts as if i dont have drivers anymore. I know all ill have to do is restart now but idk what is going on.. drivers?
