Default Mouse wheel woes

My mouse wheel is controlling my sound, say if I scroll up to look through pages it turns the volume up or if I click it it mutes
Any ideas why?
Haven't really done any research yet cos im playing poker but does anyone know why this is happening?

Wireless mouse in Vista by the way (laptop)

EDIT:Problem Fixed
