| The Antec Sonata III case is $75 on NewEgg and includes a (worth $50-$75) Antec Earthwatts 500W. I'd get it, you'll save some money.

| Looks like it comes with this power supply http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817371007 +3.3V@24A,+5V@24A,+12V1@17A,+12V2@17A,-12V@0.8A, +5VSB@2.5A Isn't 17A low for 12V? |

| I'm confused. The powersupply that comes with that case is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817371007 Which is +3.3V@24A,+5V@24A,+12V1@17A,+12V2@17A,-12V@0.8A, +5VSB@2.5A How is this any better than http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...3&Tpk=W0070RUC +3.3V@20A, +5V@30A, +12V@18A, -5V@0.5A, -12V@0.8A, +5VSB@2A Isn't it actually worse? |

| Nooo :) The one that Carbon recommended has two 12V rails at 17A. While this isn't the best, the graphics card can still get plenty of juice. The other 12V rail can also supply 17A, and all the other components that need 12V can draw from this rail, leaving the other rail completely for the graphics card which needs it most. The Thermaltake one only has 1 rail, so the 18A is shared between everything, which is not a good idea. While the dual rail one is not the best, it is well made and is reliable from a known brand. It is also a very good price for US people with the Antec Case which normally retails for the same price alone.

| With regards to my RAM, I am actually running Vista 64, and then using my usual XP 32 bit install in a virtual machine running on Vista 64, along with various other VMs which I find works well for me. However, it is not a long term solution, and eventually I will make the transition to Vista entirely, I just haven't got round to it yet...

| Then I assume this is fine?: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139001 $50 with combo deal means case+psu is $80, but they both look better than that antec sonata III deal |

| That only links to a PSU with no combo deals with cases.

| Carbon- I was actually talking about a combo with ram, b/c I can get that psu and 4gb of ram for $75. 4gb ram alone is $25, so $75-$25=$50. Case is $30 so case+psu=$80. But anyways, Now realizing that pre-black friday and black friday are going on at the same time on newegg, it seems I will be seeing all the deals. This is what I am looking at.
