I can't its a little off budget, 650w is more than enough to power this rig, im not using SLI or anything power consuming.

Also since it is only £20 if anything does go wrong or ir doesn't work ill nip out and get a better one
But apart from the PSU, everything else seems ok? This is my rig as of now:

http://www.microdirect.co.uk/(30940)...z-1333FSB.aspx
E8200 CPU overclocking it to 4.0ghz+ or high 3.0's.

http://www.microdirect.co.uk/(25415)...Intel-P31.aspx
My friend linked me this, supposed to be good so ill go with it. 45nm compatible.

http://www.microdirect.co.uk/Product...roductID=21410
Very sexy case, red LED's side panel, 4 fans ( info is misleading ) very big and with cable cage.

Might ditch this card and go with some more ram and/or making my case look better. Need
some info on what to get if i ditch this. ( Something worth £50 or under )

Friend linked me this cooler, looks good for the price so i'll go with that.

If you see anything wrong please comment and thankyou Cew, Sam, Gaz and Carbon.
You've all been a great help.

Hi Eltoc, first time I've seen this post.

I'd just like to back up what some people have said on the PSU issue. Like Cewy said, you get what you pay for, you might buy one that is rated at 650W but if it is cheap and low-spec, the manufacturers find ways of giving the high wattage rating without giving your vital componants optimum power.

So many Hardware issues are down to faulty PSUs, a lot of these issues could be resolved by going with a trusted (not neccissarily expensive) brand-name. Its not all about the Wattage rating on teh PSU, the quantaty of the power going down the correct 12V rails is what you need. By buying a trusted make you are ensuring this.

Looks like your headed for an awesome machine, maybe and extra £20 won't go a miss on the PSU though!

i mean the case is big make sure it fits in your room or on your desk
also you don't want to skimp out on a psu, it if breaks it can take down your whole system with it

Your right, i guess i could ditch the sound card and put more into the PSU and 800mhz ram, are sound cards needed?

Thanks for the tips Mac.

Doesn't sound cards drasticly increase your frames per second

By the way, whats a good cooling manufacturer.

If you can find me a good reliable PSU for as cheap as possible, that would be great, thanks Cew.
