Hey guys, im building a budget gaming pc

still need to buy most of the parts but before i spend my money, i was just wondering if any one had any opinions on the components i have chosen.

CPU: Athlon 7750 2.7 Ghz BE

Mobo: Gigabyte MA-78G DS3HP

GPU: Torn between 9600GT, 9800GT and HD4670 (bit tight with cash but willing to spend more for the benefit of the pc)

HDD: Seagate 500GB 32MB Cache (already bought)

Case: Coolermaster 330 with Trimax 650W psu (already bought)

DVD: probly just some cheapo

Well, the 4670 will take on the 9800Gt when overclocked, so really, I'd go with that. I've had all three in my system to test them for others, and the 4670 is my top pick.

The processor is a good choice as well.

For RAM what're you getting/using?

The 4670 etc are horrible buys for the money. Your best bet is to get a 4830.

The PSU manufacturer sounds pretty dodgy as well.

I know. Price/performance is a ratio, not an absolute though. A 7300LE can be picked up for $20, doesn't mean it's a good deal.
