Looks good Merton but if it was me (and considering the games you quoted you play in your other post) I'd be losing 2gb of ram and using the saving to get a faster cpu.

You're not going to get the full benefit of the 8800GTS with the AMD chip you've quoted.

I would drop 2gigs of that RAM and get a better motherboard so that you can overclock the cpu, as the 3600+ brisbane are great overclockers and should hit around 2.6-3.0GHz, which will get rid of the bottleneck to your graphics card
Edit: also if you are using XP, 4gigs is a waste of time as it will not recognise 4(3 max)
But you will not need anymore than 2gigs for gaming anyway

Why don't you do as I said and buy a 3600+ with a good mobo and overclock it to the speeds of a 5200 or higher and save yourself some money?

If you want to go the oc route, then go with SW's suggestion (another good post fella).

If you don't want to overclock then going for the 4800 is a good idea. It's a decent chip in of itself and will suit the 8800 card you have.

Don't forget though that AMD cpu's like lower latency ram due to the ram controller, so get the lowest latency you can afford. I'd also have a look at getting DDR2 6400 (800mhz ram) rather than the 667mhz. It generally doesn't cost very much more when you consider the performance boost.

You got there before me Grush, came back to edit that onto my orginal post. But thanks for adding it on the thread.

Yeah, definately get a decent hsf. Can't beat the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 hsf for cooling, especially considering it's price.
