So I just ordered this lot from OCuk.

Will update this thread with some benchmarks before and after some overclocking.

I think it's a good compromise on performance vs price.

The P5K is the board I've quoted members on a number of occasions. Decent oc'er as well.
I wouldn't normally go for C4 ram on a conroe but as you'll no doubt be tempted to oc the lower latency will allow you to relax the timings that bit more potentially allowing for a higher oc.
The accelero isn't bad, not as good as a Zalman VF but on a 8600GT it's not going to make any odds to be frank. Can be a little fiddly to fit though. One good thing is that it also provides air for the ram. A lot of third party vga hsf's don't.

I went for the lower cas RAM as it was basically the same price as the other stuff so a bit of a no brainer.

And I only got the VGA heat-sink as it was free and might also keep noise down.

I'll update tomorrow with some scores.
