You don't want to spend this much money on the CPU with that GPU. You also don't want an open box motherboard and you haven't stated what PSU you'll get/have.

If you already have the rest of the parts, I guess it's okay, but you paid too much for certain parts and not enough for others, and you seriously need to make sure your PSU doesn't suck and invest in a better graphics card. That one is quite out of date.

My Motherboard is not Open Box thats just the one i got and was the only one like mine that was on the site also i dont have a video card yet and i can get a better Video Card if you could recommend one and my PSU is 600Watt from Antec http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817371001

The miniimum that's worth it is a 4830 or 9800GT.
