As far as I can see that system will play Flight Sim X fine, perhaps not on the very highest settings but you'll still get a pretty good looking game! As for COD, which COD? You cun run them all as far as I know though so I wouldnt be worried!

I'd say get 3Gb of RAM, assuming you're on a 32-bit system? Windows can only use about 3Gb anyway and any more than that just goes to waste.

Yep, you will be fine playing all the games you mention and any other for that matter.

The GTX260 is a great choice in the price range at the moment.

4GB of RAM is good, but as Razer said a 32 bit OS will only use about 3.5GB of it give or take a bit.

If you are getting a new OS as well get 64 bit Vista Home Premium.

The Asus Rampage Formula motherboard is unnecessarily expensive, you would be just as well of with and Asus P5Q Pro, which is about £100 cheaper.

If you're going 64bit then you can spend as much on RAM as you please to be honest, tops out at 2TB which is rediculous. id say 4, 6 or 8GB of RAM will see you through for quite a while.

Can't say much on the motherboard since I'm not huge on motherboards but for about £200 it is roughly the same as the online price for a website or 2 I've read so its not a "great deal" in my opinion. I assume you are buying online? It can be much cheaper than shopping in-store!

If you already have the motherboard that is fine then, it is still a great motherboard.
