16Gb Graphics card

You need to go buy a decent graphics card to run those games properly. You wont get anywhere with a chipset.

If you had a 700W+ PSU and 2 cards compatible in SLi or CrossFire then yes, you could. That's unlikely though lol

Have a look at Carbon's guide to computer bits and pick one from there.

Almost any seperate graphics card, will out perform an on-board graphics card.

Bios changes wont affect your graphics card performance
