I have a strange problem with my computer. I will try explain the best way I can.

After shutting down the computer it can not boot up until i unplug the powercord and let it rest for well over an hour. I don't know the exact ammount of time I need to wait before it starts up again but over night it will start the next day.

If i switch the psu power switch off and on the fans will spin just a little then stop, but nothing happens and the cpu wont start. If i just press the powerswich up front nothing happens at all. If I unplug the ATX 12V connector the psu boots up and all the fans start. But the CPU wont start ofc.

When i plug it in and switch the power on the psu both the usb light and mainbord green light ligts up.

Could it be a short or a grounding problem?

System configuration:

Zalman ZM600-HP Modular Power supply 600W ATX2.2 Silent PSU

BFG GeForce 8800GTS OC 550MHz GPU 640MB DDR3

Asus P5N32-SLI Premium nForce 590 SLI MCP 4DDR2-DIMM 2PCI 4PCIe SATA Raid Audio DUAL GB-LAN WiFi-AP Solo Firewire Socket775 ATX

OCZ Urban Elite 2GB Kit 2x1024MB DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.40GHz 4MB FSB1066 Boxed (with cpu-cooler!) Socket 775

I'd be tempted to try another PSU before I changed the mobo if you can borrow one.
