You've taken the correct step in quoting a new revision mobo so allowing for an easier upgrade path.
No point building a spec they don't need yet as 1) It'll not see the use to justify the cost and 2) Come upgrade time the components they require may well have fallen in cost.
Just build to spec/usage and budget requirements.
