This is not at all for gaming.
Also, I want the 3 HDD's to all be a a raid mode where they'll all be exact duplicates.

Duplicate is RAID 5. You can probably go E6420 on that processor, if it's not for gaming (it obviously isn't, and you said it isn't :p).

If this is meant to be a low-cost server machine, I dunno why you're going with the 1066 DDR2. If you're gaming, it might be a good idea, but like this guy your parts are so varied from low-end to high-end that I don't know exactly what you're building and can't comment on it.

Nice monitor, though. I have two of them..well, they're only the JW199Ds, but who's counting? :p
