Hi i'm new to the whole building a computer thing but i need a computer and apparently building it yourself is the way to go.
I have a budget of £500-£600 and need some help on what components to buy as i am not familiar with whats good to use etc. In this i will need a moniter, mouse and keyboard. I would like to use the computer for gaming, games like call of duty4 and crysis. cheers /lewis |

Building is definitely the way to go - check out the thread already mentioned as a starting point. As long as you take it slowly then it is just like lego. Also, I would highly recommened getting an 'Earthing' strap. My System: #

Yea, Earthing strap is to prevent static build up on you discharging onto the components and frying your new component.
