Default New Computer Issue, Assistance please!

Hey all, new to the forums..was hoping some of you could assist me..here goes..

Well, just got a new case along with some other things. Put it all together, Installed windows on the HDD, etc. When I try to boot up, it keeps just going back to the screen where it says..

"We are sorry, but your computer did not boot properly, etc etc

Choose an option:
Safe Mode
Safe Mode w/ etc

Start Normally"

Well, I have tried many options and they all restart it and the same thing happens.

Specs:
Logysis Clear Acrylic Case
AMD Athlon XP 3500+
EVGA K8-NF41 Motherboard
1GB RAM
80GB Western Digital HDD
Some CD-Drive
Nvidia GeForce 7300GT

Seemed like a decent install until this happened. Any suggestions appreciated!

Yeah, I tried it, on the same Drive and all, still same issue, I am currently formatting on an old hard drive I have, going to try and install it on that one, maybe it's the Hard Drive I got. Don't know what else it could be hardware wise. No beeps or codes, just keep getting that screen.
