I also found a fan controler that can control up to five fans. It was only $5 from the same store.

Aight finished and totally completed the build today and I just finished watching "The Dark Knight" on blu ray on my 65" DLP and it was amazing. The build and finding drivers and cables took the majority of the day but the pay off was awesome. Thanks alot to everyone who chimed in and especailly Carbon, I love my setup thanks to you.
