Hello,

My computer makes a lot of noise while I view video's on You Tube. Is this an indication of low memory and that I need to have more available.

Please advise.

Thanks,

Anthony

Could very well be - if you have low memory, your computer will use the HDD's page file more, and if you have a noisy HDD..

You can either get a quieter hard drive or more memory. How much do you have now?

Well, considering a couple GB of memory will cost you around $30, that's worth a shot and should speed up performance as well.
I would also defragment the hard drive.

No, it sounds like it's reading a CD, but even louder. And when I pause the video I'm watching, it stops like 10 seconds later. But then starts up again.

Long shot but, do you have a CD in the DvD-Drive? :D If so, take it out.
