What voltage?
what multiplier?
what voltage options in your bios? (PLL would be useful)

My guide might be of help. Worth a look anyway if you already haven't.

I was gonna ask that.

@ eltoc
you say it crashes. when does it do that. when windows boots? Does it post?
If mine crashes in windows, its normally the voltage. But mine wont even post after 3.3ghz without lowering my multiplier.
i have a FSB hole between 3.3 and 3.6ghz. But its not that big of a deal once i found it.

I'll take a look alex, thanks. And thanks everybody for taking concern ^^ I'm actually, at the minute using Easytune5. The voltage is at 1.150 FSB is what i increase to overclock it. Multiplier is at 8x, cant seem to increase it in BIOS ( just says 6x-8x )

It could be the voltage. I can OC my q6600 to 3.3 without raising the volts but it has to start sometime. Your heatsink might not beable to handle the heat fella. Use Coretemp to keep an eye on it.
