What you thinking - 20 x full tower super case?

Although, if you do that one, be sure not to stack them on top of each other.. Might be just slightly top heavy..

And it still wouldnt house a half decent system.. The optiplex cases are tiny.. Need 2/3 wide at least..

you could never get me to buy a dell. i hate dell so much. but i guess if you plan to sell them to make a profit then it makes sense.

I don't plan to but it's an option that I would think about given the price. Just bang it on eBay for about £20-£25 plus £10 postage and I'm up a few quid there lol

Partly inspired by your mod, and by something I saw elsewhere when I do my case mod (somtime next summer I hope) I'm gonna use two cases, but side by side no stability issue, and plus it'll be on my desk anyway, so I don't want it too tall!

Footprint doesn't reall bother me though, and my idea is that I can use a whole load of fans to shunt all the air over into one side with no components in (except the PSU) and that side can be the slightly hotter, messy side with a huge tangle of cables

Making the other side (one with a window) look nice and neat

Anyway, thread hijack over.
