Default Old Computer

I have an old computer that I got couple days ago. It has like 600ishh ram and geforce4 mx 4000, I took a couple pictures of it, and I want to know what I can do with my system to upgrade to play cs 1.6 thats all, thats all I want this system for. 1.6 is very low detailed game but I like it, I was wondering if anyone could email me at <EDIT> and give me a couple hints tips blah blah blah, im new to computer and such so.

Please keep the help in house so we can all learn from the answers: No emails.

Another reason is you open yourself up to an enormous amount of spam by posting your email in a public forum.
