You need to be a bit more specific please.

What are the symptoms?

What does it do?

Does it freeze?

Does it crash?

Does it shut down on its own?

PCs do get hot, unless it's very hot i doubt its a problem.

If in doubt open it up and hover all the dust out, you can use a paint brush to dislodge it.

The only warmth, I won't even call it heat, you should feel is within an area of .5 of a centimetre around the main plug in point to the psu from the wall outlet.
Is this what you are talking of?

You know what they say 'If it isn't broke, don't fix it'.

If its just warm to touch and it operates as it should do I think you'll be ok.

Cheers.

The PC shouldn't overheat in the first place, adding additional fans is not a fix for the problem IMO.

Is the heat coming from the back? out of the power supply?
Download everest from the download section and once downloaded click on computer/sensor and report back with the temps that it will show, to see if anything is running hot!
This will tell you your cpu, hdd, motherboard and gpu temps
