Sounds like the problem I am curently having. The fans are on and the motherboard lights up, but nothing happens. Nothing shows up on my monitor (no BIOS, etc.).

OP, is it possible the power recently went out there? I am thinking mine was due to a lightning strike. (I did have mine on a surge protector though.)
