It's an old PC... Changed the power supply, it can turn on now. New Hard Drive, new video card.
If it doesn-t display a thing, will it be the MotherBoard?

If you have a new PSU and you are certain everything is connected A1 then yes, sounds like it could be the motherboard.

English is my third language, can you tell me what is "A1"?
Huhmm... When I press the <Power> button, the processor fan starts, PSU works too. If the CPU doesn't work, the computer will still display the POST right?

I believe POST is run by the System BIOS. So if your CPU is shot then it should still run the POST.

I had an issue similiar to this but it on a laptop. Come to find out it was a short on my motherboard. (something about a memory card being jammed in there and shorted my board) While I don't think this is your problem, I would suggest it's something on your motherboard, if not your entire motherbaord!

Ok, you believe POST is ran although CPU is shot
Anyone sure about this?

I looked into it a little and have included a link of a thread posted on a simliar IT forum that suggests that it's not possible on a high majority of mobo's. The CPU is the executing factor for BIOS without the CPU there's nothing to execute the BIOS.

CPUs don't die. Unless you run them without heatsinks for an hour.

What do you mean CPU's don't die. Everything's got a life-cycle. No they'll last almost forever but not forever. Where did that response even come from can I ask?

In comparison to other parts CPUs do not suddenly "die". Their life cycles typically are at least a decade. They do not suddenly fail like PSUs or occasionally motherboards with poor capacitors do unless exposed to extreme heat (i.e. a loose heatsink) and should be the last resort option in a case like this.

Then I will exclude the "CPU shot" possibility. The only thing that remains is the motherboard, so I will believe that is the problem. I'll see if I buy a new one. I'll post a reply later if I change the motherboard.
Thanks for all of you who replied to the post.
