Default power up problem

built my pc a couple of months ago and have been having a power up problem. thought it might be the power supply but when i changed it i was still having it. sometimes it just doesnt turn on. thought it might be a faulty switch so i wired the reset button and power button the other way round and still sometimes didnt turn on. but it seems to be when the room is cold that it doesnt turn on, cant figure it out. any ideas what it could be?

Default power up problem

Do you mean the power supply doesnt switch on? or the pc won't?

What power supply are you using, its wattage, and please supply a list of all components.

From what you've put i've lots of ideas, but the (above) info would be helpful in narrowing it down. :D
