suggest you download a thermal monitor and check or look in your bios for the temps, shut down usually occurs around 60 degrees c, which is pretty damn hot for a pc, also check that the fans have a flow in one direction i.e they suck the air from outside into the pc from the front and the rear they are blowing from the pc to the outside. if they are all blowing in there is no airflow. it could well be that you removed the processor to get the power supply in and never replaced the heatsink properly or used heatsink paste

faulty PSU? have you tried it in any other computers? or just plugged it in to see if it stayed on?

seems like if it worked before hte PSU and then didn't after it would be that.
