Yes, it's fine, I can't remember if I have actually got anything from them, but I'm pretty sure my brother has, and other people on this forum use it, so yea, i think it's good.

Scan have been voted best E-tailer BY CUSTOMERS for the past 3 consecutive years.

I've used them a hell of a lot.

Did have an issue a few months ago with them showing item's in stock and then receiving emails a couple of days later advising the item(s) was/were out of stock. But they appear to have resolved this.

They're also the only online computer retailer that i know of that has they're own dedicated forum on various pc help sites.

Carriage charges are ok, pretty much the same as others. But their packaging of components is second to none, at least in my experience anyway.

Yeh, I use them.

I often find them to be the cheapest for most stuff.

Only problem I have with them is that they moved away from the retail park around the Iron Bridge in Southall... I used to be able to order my stuff online in the monring and use Q-and-Collect on the same day to pick it up myself... Now they moved away and I have to rely on City Link to deliver my goodies... (grunt).

Apart from that, I have een buying hardware from them for years (long before I started using ebuyer) and never had a single problem.

Cheers:
Chris.
