Default SMPS Problem - my monitor remains standby

I had a problem with the SMPS since a long time.
The computer just doesnt start as the monitor remains in standby.

Once I had called a hardware expert who replaced something in the SMPS.
I didnt know much about that part before.
But now I myself opened it and I found that one condenser in that was bloated.
Since I have made some electronics circuits like FM transmitters so I replaced that condenser.

And it worked for a couple of days. But now I am having the same problem again.

Also is it because I use my computer for long hours?

Any help will be appreciated.
