Default Strange noise coming computer

Hi all

Got this strange noise coming from a computer which i own and which im planning to sell, its a very high pitched whine, not hard disk style whine, but more and electrical interference whine, abit like an out of tune radio. Ive check the capacitors and they all look to be fine.

Specs are

Pentium 4 1.6ghz
Intel D845PT motherboard
512mb ram
250w psu
80gb hard disk
Nvidia RIVA TNT2 model 64 video card
Windows XP

It's difficult to tell without hearing it but from experience cheap PSUs make all sorts of strange noises.

Yeah, if you get a decent brand and are replacing a generic one it's a good upgrade and then you won't feel like your wasting money if that doesn't sort it.
