Default Stuck into power saving mode

Well when i power on my computer, the screen just stay in power saving mode (the monitor light stay orange when it should turn blue) tried many combo without success (removing hardware, trying with only 1 stick of ram, etc.).

Everything work normally...all fans are spinning, the leds on the ram are blinking...which means there is some activity. oh and keyboard doesnt work (tried a usb and a PS/2 one)

here are my specs:
LG L196WTY-BF (L196WTY-BF)
Asus P5K (P5K)
Intel Xeon E3110 (BX80570E3110)
Crucial Ballistix Tracer 2X2GB DDR2-800 CL4-4-4-12 (BL2KIT25664AL804)
OCZ GameXStream 700W (OCZ700GXSSLI)
XFX GeForce 8800GT (PVT88PYHF4)

Would it be possible that the cpu cause this?
P5K need a bios update for 45nm cpu...but i thought i could still get into the bios with the Xeon.

how old is your screen because mine had the same problem and i just had to plug and unplug it various times. Is it on a power bar? If so, is it a cheap one? Answer these questions and i might have a solution for you.

Well my monitor isnt really old...its a LG L196WTY-BF...bought it like 1 month ago..and i also tried it with and without the power bar...does the same.

Anyway, it seems like the mobo is dieing...it now power on for some second...then power off and power on again by itself...and do that in a loop XD

I may actually change it for a DFI LANParty Dk P35-T2RS, doesnt look bad from what i see...anyone got it? or have any experience with DFI mobo?

I doubt it's the screen and my P5K didn't need a bios upgrade for 45nm.

Remove everything except the PSU, mobo, cpu/fan and 1 stick of RAM.

If it fails reset the BIOS, if it still fails then I'd swap the mobo.
