Yeah that's a good'un.
I don't know, because i'm still learning, but is a 400w PSU enough for that machine? If possible, you might want to get maybe a 600w machine. But again, i'm not sure. Alex will answer your problem when he arrives...

For a quad and a 8800GT? Yeah, I'd be getting a 600w psu.

Can't answer that as you haven't quoted the site or the prices of the components listed.

Can you use US sites?

Ensure you get a good quality psu please. DO NOT scrimp on the psu. Yes, its one of the less sexy parts in a pc but by far the most important.

For a 8800GT you're going to need decent amp ratings on the 12v rails. Hence a good quality psu.

Enermax Liberty 620w would be my first choice.
