Default Urgent help required

Im currently on my back up PC and need help with my actual PC,
120gb seagate HD
geforce 7900
2.6ghz prosceseser
windows XP

it wont turn on, when i put power through it, ie just turn on the plug, al the components just flicker on and off rapidly, and wont stop until i turn the power off.

any help would be most greatly apreciated, im on a PC with 256mbs of ram and no graphics card im dying here,

Have you heard of patience?

As for your problem, that sounds like PSU failure to me.
