Default USB Bandwidth exceeded

Hi new prob of the week, i am trying to set up 2 webcams for securaty around my house, and when plugging both in i get the att error msg. I have tried every usb in my pc but same error. When i plug them both into my 2nd comp it picks them up and works fine thro eyeline securaty, you may ask why dont i leave then on 2nd pc but it upstairs and ill need 100ft of usb cable running around else which wont go down gr8 with the misses!
Anyways any help would be great.

Sounds like a power issue, umplug some other USB devices or try them in a powered hub.

cheers dave for reply, still same if i unplug everything and just leave the cams in, this comp (main) has got a Ezcool 650w 38Amp psu and 2nd pc has got a stock 380w 25Amp liteon psu which both work in, to me is strange.

Edit, i cant remove my bluetooth as its used for my logitech keyboard and mouse.
