Default Vista Twin Tuners

We usee Windows Vista 64bit OS and use Merdia Centre to record our programmes, the TV-Card is a Compro Video Mate T750, 1 is currently used but the second will be setup the only thing is how, iv tried everything but can't setup the second tuner. If anyone knows how please help.

Would there be any way to take advantage of its dual tuners like the software that came with it.
