Well there doesn't seem to be a section for cooling, so i'll post it here.

Does anyone know much about water cooling for PC's? I am wanting to turn my new rig (when I get it) into a water cooled PC (when I can afford it) but I've never done water cooling before, however I have done quite alot of research about it, and have found one item that I quite like it is the Koolance Exos-2 (in black), I know I will be needing waterblocks etc as well and will probably use the compatability chart thing on their website to find the stuff. But what I was wanting to know, does anyone know of any good "tricks" about watercooling, or common mistakes for newbs? Also if there is a better cooling system I would be happy to hear about it, I could fully make my own system if need be it it's just as good, but cheaper. Oh, I nearly forgot, I am wanting the system to be external.

Ok, well I was wondering, when I get my water cooling system, Would It void my warrenty If I replaced the stock cooling system with water blocks? Because this would be alot better (some reviews say the 780i can get upto 70C idle on stock cooling!) however I would rarther not void my warranty, but it may be better if I do, and just get it water cooled.

Thanks

you can get non conductive fluid for watercooling setups too so if you were to get a leak it wont damage eney components
i use it all the time

As long as you keep the stock cooler, you can replace it if you ever need to RMA it

But yes, it does violate the warranty.

Shame it violates the warranty, but it will be working for about 6months probably on stock cooling before I get watercooling, so hopefully, if anything is going to go wrong, it will go wrong soon
