Case modding (also known as case modification) is the modifying of a computer chassis *The case of the computer* By modifying the case of the computer in any non-standard way is considered case modding.

Many people, especially hardware enthusiasts, use case mods to create a look that demonstrates its computers' power. Modified computers are often found at LAN parties where their owners have them on display for other gamers to view and for ultimate bragging rights. Case Modding is also about self expression and showing what you as the modder can accomplish and personalize. Most of the case mods will be built around a theme (Eg. The Hulk case)

For my computer, I choose a very basic case. It was very hard to find the right parts to fit inside it though. Now that everything is all set up I wish I could have picked something a little more fancy. I guess I can always upgrade in the future.
