I'm not much of an over-clocker - not for day to day stuff, although I do like to test my new gear, see how fast it can go, and do a few benchmarks to see the difference. I'm running liquid cooling at the moment - the Gigabyte setup. It takes about 10 degrees off my usual system temperature, and so far in the 8 months I've had it, has only needed refilled once. It was pretty simple to install, and works great. What cooling do you use?

I use a Zaleman Reserator. It only has a tiny pump but 2.5 litres of water to allow for 99.9% silent cooling. I have it cool the processor and GPU. I added another 100Mhz to the CPU and 150Mhz to the GPU. The processor AMD 64 FX-51 more than 120MHZ OC is unstable way before the temp gets above normal 51c. The only problem with this cooler is it's easy to turn on the computer and forget about turning the cooler on. It's that quiet I have to pull the switch on the cable all the way out whenever I switch it off to remind me to turn it back on. Sometimes I leave a note on my desk, turn cooler on. You can hear it if you wear it on your head. Before I installed this I called my computer the hoover. http://www.zalman.co.kr/eng/product/...t.asp?code=021

That looks like a nice system! I'm suprised to hear you actually have to turn the cooling on and off, that sounds like a pain. The system I have is just connected to the computers power - if the computer is on, the cooling is on. I did accidentally remove the power cable once, and I didn't notice for a few days (its a quiet pump) - there is a fan as part of the system, and that was enough to stop the system overheating. It ran a lot hotter than without the water cooling, but it was still within acceptable limits.
