So i've been looking at companies that make prebuilt computers for a little while, and I think I found a decent build on IBuyPower. Of course, I don't know if the custom parts I picked fit together perfect, and like always I thought i'd come to you guys to get a second opinion.

Okay here is what I want it running:
CoolerMaster HAF 922 Mid Tower Gaming Case
Intel® Core™ i7 920 Processor (4x 2.66GHz/8MB L3 Cache)
Asetek Liquid CPU Cooling System w/ 120mm Radiator [SOCKET-1366]
6 GB [2 GB X3] DDR3-1333 Triple Memory Module (Corsair Value or Major Brand)
ATI Radeon HD 4890 - 1GB (XFX brand)
Asus P6T SE -- Intel X58 Chipset CrossFire Supported w/7.1 Sound, Triple-Channel DDR3, Gb LAN, S-ATA Raid, USB 2.0, Triple PCI-E MB
750 Watt -- Corsair CMPSU-750TX Power Supply SLI Ready
1 TB HARD DRIVE -- 16M Cache, 7200 RPM, 3.0Gb/s
22X Dual Format/Double Layer DVD±R/±RW + CD-R/RW Drive [Lightscribe Technology] Black
Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium (64 bit + coupon for 7)

First thing I want to know is does this actually fit together, or am I gonna buy something thats going to fall apart because it doesn't match up?

Would I be able to go with a different power supply? I can save 50 bucks if i drop my supply to 700 watt, but they didn't list a brand and I don't want the PC to get crushed.

Is liquid cooling really over rated? I like the idea, but for about the same price I could go with this:
Thermaltake V1 CPU Cooling Fan System Kit Silent & Overclocking Proof = Maximum cooling efficiency for quietness and performance

I'm also thinking about getting those cathode neon lights because I'm cool like that. Will I run into problems with them?

It comes to $1,294.00 USD before shipping and taxes, which doesn't seem to bad. Unfortunately being in Canada it won't let me use the 5% disscount, and the taxes are applied at the border instead of up front. Shipping is just under a $100 dollars also so that bumps it up alot.

Let me know what you think!

Buy the parts off newegg and build it yourself. It will work out a hell of a lot cheaper, especially if you remember to MIR's.
