Default Adobe Flash Pleyer problem?

Ok hey people...

My internet explorer has decided for some reason it wont play videos anymore, I have realised its not a javascript problem so it can only be a flash player problem.

However i downloaded the latest Adobe flash player for the 3rd time, so adobe flash player activeX v9.0.124.0 has appeared in add/remove programs.
However i still cant watch videos or play games because they are telling me i have an old flash player.
Somehow maybe i think i may have deleted startup of flash player somehow. I have no idea whats wrong...

Can someone help me please

Default Adobe Flash Pleyer problem?

Try this.

Do this to remove all unstable older versions of Flash.

Download the Flash Player Uninstaller and save it to your desktop.

Run the uninstaller program and then reboot your computer to complete the uninstall.

Download and install the latest version of Flash Player

Now try Flash Player.

If you still have problems.

Sometimes, browser security will not allow you to download the Flash Player correctly. If this happens in Internet Explorer, check the following items to allow the download.
To change your security level:
  • Open Internet Explorer.
  • Click on Tools, Internet Options
  • Click on the Security Tab
  • Click Custom Level
  • Find the section titled "ActiveX controls and plug-ins"
  • Choose Prompt for "Download Signed ActiveX Controls"
  • Choose Prompt for "Run ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins"
  • Click OK twice to close the options screen

If this procedure does not allow you to install Adobe Flash, you may want to visit the Troubleshooting FAQ on Adobe's site.
