hey there everyone, i have a windows 3.11 / windows 95 and has a measuring machine attaced to it.

installed in the pc with the os os the program for the machine which is done using prog. language such as VB PASCAL and BASIC.

One time when i opened the program for the machine it prompted me of login which is unusual because i haven't activated the login prompt when opening the program.

well now i cant work with the machine.

is there a program or software that can crack a password from a stand alone program?

In short yes there are.

Unfortuantly I don't think that would be a very legal discussion, not that I don't believe it's your computer.

Because of course such programs are illegal.

However what I can say is this, try just puttnig in your username if prompted, and not entring a password, just pressing enter.

There are a few registry problems that can sometimes cause it to ask for a non-existent password. And just pressing enter with no password, will pass you through.

If that works, reply and I can help you with the registry, so that it stops presenting you with this screen.

yes i have tried to type in just USERNAME and no password, but it did not work. the login prompt pops again.

i have read its manual and there written a default username which is SUPERVISOR and no password. if you login using this you can put a password to the default Supervisor username and you can create users such as operators etc.

so type in Supervisor and no password and pressed enter but still it did not login. maybe somebody changed the supervisor password.

maybe you can help me crack its password using a software.

the OEM of the machine allowed me legally to crack the password for personal reasons.
