Annoying u torrent error

OK i have w98se; 512 ram; 40 gigs and speed is 1800 mhz and use DSL ; so i use torrents and utorrent software when i tryed to download a torrent out of the blue i got an " Open With " window from which i have to choose; whats that all about and whats the fix to get it back to openning normally in utorrent version 1.8.0 ! ?
