i'm a tech at a computer shop. we're a Lenovo service center so i called lenovo and they don't konw how to fix it. What i need to download is a file called AIBM.exe. It opens up an Access IBM window so you could search for product info, updates and see the service manual. I just reloaded the system and i can't get this back off the lenovo site. anyone that has the file or the whole c:\IBMTOOLS folder help me out. thanks.
