I used that in the past. I liked it, but something happened and I was unable to update it so I moved on.

I'm not sure what happened there.

I've used it before, but prefer Avast, its much better and still free.

Better than Norton and McAfee IMO.

Thanks for posting this link. I currently have Norton, but it has ran out now, and it is so expensive so I was quite happy to see this link for a free version for virus protection.

I use AVG as well, but I'm thinking about switching over to Avast!, what makes it so much better?
At the moment, my computer is stocked up on freeware antivirues.

Its just more advanced and is better at removing viruses, I'm my experience AVG has been unable to remove lots of viruses that Avast had no problem with. It also has a lot of real time protection for Internet explorer and email.

True, buit I find that if you want to customize more things with your AntiVir, AVG is better as it gives you more freedom in what you can and cannot do.
Just my opinion - I have both installed on my computer xD.
