Default back up cd question

hi all. please can you help. i would like to make a back up cd of my computer so when it does carsh i just put the cd in, instaed of re-istalling windows again. never done a xp restore before.

Default back up cd question

Check out Acronis True Image or Norton Ghost, either of these will allow you to make an image of your HDD, which can be burnt back to a new HDD or any healthy unpartitioned HDD of adequate size.
