Bad Pool Header ??? Bad_Pool_Header written on a blue screen while running XP?
(just checking I know what I'm on about xD)
This can be caused by Hardware errors (Wireless card, printer etc.) or driver errors.
Did you download SP2 on a system built before it was released - apparently a common cause..
Try downloading latest drivers for all your hardware (dated after 1 May 2004.. but that shouldn't be a problem anymore) on a diferent computer, save them to a memory stick or cd, whatever, and then load them on to the problem computer.
BTW, I don't know first hand, but I have a friend who had the same problem a while back..
